A fast, conversion-focused restaurant website for Ali’s Pizza & Burgers with a clear ordering flow, trust signals, and optimized performance.

Ali’s Pizza & Burgers needed a lean, conversion-focused website that quickly routes visitors to their preferred ordering channels while reinforcing halal trust and local credibility. We designed a static-first site with a clean IA: hero with split CTAs (Slice / Uber Eats / DoorDash), highlight menu tiles for best sellers, clear halal note, hours, and a 'Find Us' block with map and click-to-call. The goal was to reduce friction from discovery to order in under three taps.
The main challenges included choice overload between multiple delivery partners, risk of menu mismatch due to frequent third-party updates, lack of visible trust signals like halal certification, performance issues on mobile caused by heavy images, and no way to measure which CTA or channel was driving conversions.
Animations were kept subtle and performance-friendly: hero text and CTAs used fade-in and spring scaling, menu tiles revealed with staggered fade/translate, trust badges slid in with elastic easing, and the contact/map section used a delayed fade-in. All animations respected prefers-reduced-motion and stayed within 200–400ms for accessibility.
